How does pricing work?
Spacera is priced per room, per month. Photon is free forever. Mission Control and HyperCare Managed are bought through a certified Spacera partner: your partner handles the contract and invoicing, and Spacera's platform and service desk stand behind them.
Is there a minimum number of rooms?
No minimum on Photon. For Mission Control and HyperCare Managed, your partner may have a minimum — typically 10–25 rooms. Contact your partner or book a demo to discuss.
What's included in the free Photon tier?
Photon gives you a unified real-time dashboard across all your meeting room platforms — Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google Meet — with unlimited rooms, zero setup agents, and zero ongoing cost.
Is there a free trial of Mission Control?
Photon is free forever, so everyone starts there. When you want to try Launch Checks and Emily on your own rooms, a partner can switch on a 30-day Mission Control trial. It drops back to Photon automatically at the end. Ask your partner, or ask us to introduce one.
What does Emily actually do?
Emily is Apollo's automated L1/L2 technician. She restarts devices, resets configuration and refreshes sign-ins remotely, and logs every action. Nine in ten of the faults Apollo raises are resolved without a human touching them. (Random sample of Apollo-raised service requests, August 2026.) She is not a chatbot — she takes action.
Can we restart devices from Apollo?
Remote device control is in a limited pilot for selected Mission Control and HyperCare customers. It is not generally available. Confirm supported vendors, actions and prerequisites with your partner before purchase. On an enabled room, administrators use the Control button for the actions available to that room.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Spacera app for iPhone, iPad and Android is free on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with your Apollo account, including Microsoft single sign-on. On Mission Control and HyperCare, alerts arrive as push notifications that open the room they're about.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available and typically structured as part of a 3-year contract through the partner program. Contact your partner or book a demo for a custom proposal.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Move from Photon to Mission Control, or from Mission Control to HyperCare Managed, whenever you're ready. Your rooms, history and settings carry over — nothing is reinstalled.
