Security
Built for enterprise.
Approved by security teams.
Apollo connects to your room platforms via OAuth — no agents, no inbound network access, no footprint on your infrastructure. Your security team approves an OAuth application. That’s it.
Secure OAuth. No agents.
Apollo connects to every room platform via OAuth 2.0 — the same standard used by Google, Microsoft, and Zoom. No software agents are deployed on your network. No inbound firewall rules required. Your security team approves the OAuth application; Apollo does the rest.
- ✓OAuth 2.0 authentication only
- ✓No agents or software deployed
- ✓No inbound network access required
- ✓Revocable at any time from your admin console
Encryption in transit and at rest.
All data transmitted between Apollo and room platform APIs is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data stored in Apollo — device health records, incident logs, configuration baselines — is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
- ✓TLS 1.2+ for all API communication
- ✓AES-256 encryption at rest
- ✓Encrypted credential storage
- ✓No plaintext credentials stored
Minimal data collection.
Apollo collects only what it needs to do its job: device health telemetry, authentication status, and configuration state. We do not collect call content, meeting metadata, or user-level behavioral data.
- ✓Device telemetry only — no call content
- ✓No meeting metadata collected
- ✓No user behavior tracking
- ✓Data minimization by design
Enterprise access controls.
Apollo supports role-based access control (RBAC), allowing organizations to define who can view, configure, and manage each fleet. Multi-tenant support for partners managing multiple customer environments with strict data isolation.
- ✓Role-based access control (RBAC)
- ✓Multi-tenant data isolation
- ✓Audit logging for all admin actions
- ✓Single sign-on (SSO) support
