Apollo Mission Control
Zoho Desk
Setup and service scope.
Set up Zoho Desk through Apollo Mission Control for ticket creation, diagnostic comments and status synchronisation. Configure OAuth, ticket mapping and Ticket Add / Ticket Update webhooks; your Spacera partner completes service activation.
Integration capabilities vary by service configuration. Your Spacera partner will confirm the options available for your environment.
How setup works
01Prepare your Zoho Desk account
An administrator identifies the Zoho data centre and numeric organisation, department and contact API IDs. Create OAuth client credentials and a refresh token with the ticket create, read, update and search scopes listed in Apollo's setup instructions.
02Map the ticket reference
Add a writable, searchable single-line ticket field in the target department. Use its cf_ API name in the registration form so Apollo and Zoho Desk can match tickets.
03Generate and complete registration
In Apollo Mission Control, open Settings → Integrations → Service Desk → Zoho Desk → Configure. Generate the registration link and enter the prepared IDs, OAuth credentials and reference field. A supported Zoho Desk configuration reported to Apollo drives its Connected state.
04Configure ticket webhooks
Use the private callback URL shown in registration. In Zoho Desk, subscribe to Ticket Add and Ticket Update events, filter to the configured department and include status for updates. Events must include the ticket ID and reference field. Keep the callback URL private because it contains an access key.
05Activate the ticket workflow
Your Spacera partner enables the ticket-processing service and customer route after provisioning, then validates ticket creation, diagnostic comments, closure and reopening. Registering credentials does not activate processing automatically.
Current limits
- Ticket processing requires partner-assisted service activation and a configured route; registration alone does not activate it.
- Your Spacera partner will validate ticket delivery and status updates for your environment.
- Direct links from Apollo to Zoho Desk portal tickets are not currently supported.
Frequently asked questions
Is Zoho Desk setup available in Apollo Mission Control?
Yes. The Service Desk section includes Zoho Desk registration, setup instructions and a webhook callback URL. Supported workflows include ticket creation, diagnostic comments, status synchronisation and ticket webhooks. Processing requires partner-assisted service activation and a configured customer route; registration alone does not activate it.
What is the Zoho Desk webhook for?
Ticket Add and Ticket Update events notify Apollo when tickets change. The department filter and ticket reference field tie events to the configured integration. OAuth credentials and a separate registration form are also required; a webhook alone does not complete setup.
Can I open a Zoho Desk ticket directly from Apollo?
Direct links to the Zoho Desk portal are not currently supported by this integration. Ticket matching uses the configured reference field; the saved configuration does not include the portal name needed to build a ticket URL.
